Digital Solutions, represented by colleagues Abeer Abu Touq and Yasmine Gheith, participated in the training program “Capacity Building for the Private Sector – Enablers of Change Towards a Fair Work Environment,” organized by Al-Hayat Center – Rased in partnership with ActionAid Arab Region. The program is part of the Women Friendly Label project, aimed at enhancing and protecting women’s rights in the workplace and funded by the European Union.
This program comes as part of a series of initiatives aimed at empowering private sector institutions to develop more inclusive and equitable work environments. The three-day training, held from April 22 to 24, 2025, included various sessions that introduced key concepts and goals of the project—most notably, boosting women’s presence, participation, and productivity in diverse professional settings.
Digital Solutions was selected among 60 companies, organizations, and civil society institutions that applied to participate in this training, with a final list of 29 companies from a variety of sectors and services chosen to attend.
