Researcher Aseel Wasfi Al-Attar, an employee at Digital Solutions, has earned a Master’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature from Petra University, achieving a perfect GPA of 4.0/4.0, after successfully completing the academic program requirements and defending his thesis.
His Master’s thesis was titled: “The Development in the Use of Morphological Patterns in Arabic: A Historical Statistical Study Using Artificial Intelligence.” The study addressed a specialized linguistic topic related to morphological patterns in the Arabic language, through a historical and statistical comparison between two historically distant eras: the era of linguistic evidence (Classical Arabic) and the modern era. The research relied on employing artificial intelligence techniques and customized computer programs designed specifically to meet the objectives of the study in analyzing linguistic phenomena.
The study aimed to provide a historical analytical reading of the use of morphological patterns in Arabic, utilizing statistical tools and AI technologies, within a research framework that aligns with modern developments in linguistic study methodologies and contributes to expanding the horizons of academic research in the Arabic language.
