Digital Solutions Design participated in a specialized training program on Human Resources Management, held over two days at the Mövenpick Hotel – Amman, with the participation of a distinguished group of representatives from companies, institutions, and professionals interested in improving workplace environments and enhancing HR efficiency.
The company was represented in this training, organized by the Business and Professional Women Club Association, by its Managing Director, Abeer Abu Touq, as part of Digital Solutions’ commitment to strengthening its institutional capabilities and expanding its knowledge in modern management practices, in line with its vision of building a professional and sustainable work environment.
The training, which was held in cooperation with GIZ Jordan, was delivered by Dr. Rada Harout, and covered multiple topics related to modern HR concepts, performance management, building organizational culture, developing internal policies, improving communication mechanisms, and effectively managing teams.
