Digital Solutions Company has signed an agreement with Injaz Foundation, as part of the “Trainee Program in Startups” project, which is one of the public policy projects for entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, aimed at empowering Jordanian youth and enhancing their capabilities for active integration into the labor market, with a focus on supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Kingdom.

Under this agreement, trainee Yasmin Al-Kaswani has joined the company’s team, where she will receive the necessary training within the company’s tasks and the services it provides in the field of digital media, and the company will commit to employing her in tasks that align with her university specialty.

In the same context, Al-Kaswani will undergo various trainings related to the English language, computer skills, and more with the “Injaz” Foundation, aiming to refine her personality and equip her with the skills necessary for the labor market.

Additionally, trainees will be provided with specialized technical training in the field of startups through the “Injaz” Foundation to ensure the practical experience acquisition for trainees in various practical specialties.

Mohammed Abu Khadra – the founder and CEO of the Digital Solutions Design Company, expressed his happiness at signing this agreement with Injaz Foundation, stating, “This partnership reflects our commitment at Digital Solutions Company to attract outstanding human competencies, especially from new graduates who are keen on continuously developing their skills and refining their experiences in line with modern technology and innovations” .

The “Trainee Program in Startups” project aims to provide graduates with the necessary skills to meet the needs of the local and international market and enhance the capabilities of startups by supplying them with qualified talents that support their growth and sustainability, providing an ideal environment that connects startups with ambitious young talents.

The project serves as a platform for exchanging experiences and knowledge between both parties, contributing to the development of the entrepreneurship sector in Jordan. It offers distinctive training opportunities for young graduates lasting nine months in local startups, covering all monthly costs for trainees in those companies, and the project aims to achieve employment for no less than 50% of the trainees by the end of the project period.
