The CEO of Digital Solutions Company, Mohammad Abu Khadra, participated in the Jordan Business Forum activities held on May 21-22, under the patronage of the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Engineer Sami Samirat.

Abu Khadra delivered a speech at the forum’s opening session titled “Challenges and Solutions in the Jordanian Digital Media Market,” discussing the importance of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship’s sponsorship of such events that bring together experts and decision-makers in digital media.

Abu Khadra began his talk by stating that despite the continuous development of digital media at the local level, this sector faces numerous challenges related to regulations, weak infrastructure, inadequate financial funding, and a shortage of qualified personnel.

In the same context, he explained that there are continuous efforts and attempts by the concerned entities, led by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, to advance Jordanian digital media through the ministry’s initiatives that aim to attract qualified human resources to work in digital media.

This is evident in the “Tech Story” initiative and other endeavors that aim to develop the digital media scene and enhance its level. In his concluding remarks, Abu Khadra presented a set of proposed solutions, drawing on his experience in digital media.

These included the importance of creating a national fund to support local digital media content, expanding media incubators to cover all governorates in the Kingdom, emphasizing the adoption of legislation that encourages innovation and protects intellectual property rights, and investing in the new generation and talented individuals to produce content that reflects Jordanian identity.
