“Digital Solutions” participated in the activities of the specialized training program “Building the capacities of small and medium-sized enterprises (Enablers of Change towards a Fair Work Environment)” held by the Life Monitor Center under the Women’s Friendly Mark project: Enhancing and Protecting Women’s Rights in the Workplace.
The participation took place in both phases, with the first phase held from April 22-24 in Amman, and the second phase held at the Dead Sea from May 6-8, 2025, with the participation of a selected group of companies and organizations.
This participation represented by colleagues Abeer Abu Taq and Yasmin Ghaith is significant for the company’s management’s support of the project and its objectives, as women make up approximately 90% of the company’s work environment.
In the upcoming phase, a set of standards learned in the training program will be implemented, and the Rasid team will follow up with companies to ensure the correct implementation of policies and programs supporting the objectives of the Women’s Friendly Mark project.
