Digital Solutions was recognized by Al Hayat Center – Rased for receiving the Women-Friendly Workplace Seal: Promoting and Protecting Women’s Rights in the Workplace, in recognition of the company’s commitment to fostering a supportive work environment for women and advancing equality and equal opportunity in the workplace.
The recognition took place during a ceremony held in Amman under the patronage of H.E. Wafa Bani Mustafa, Minister of Social Development, and organized by Al Hayat Center – Rased in partnership with ActionAid, with support from the European Union. The event brought together representatives from the public and private sectors, as well as national and international organizations.
Abeer Abu Touq, Director of Digital Solutions, received the certificate of recognition on behalf of the company from H.E. Wafa Bani Mustafa, Minister of Social Development, Dr. Amer Bani Amer, and H.E. Pierre-Christophe Chatzisavas, Ambassador of the European Union to Jordan. She emphasized that this achievement reflects Digital Solutions’ commitment to fostering an inclusive and motivating work environment built on the principles of fairness, equality, and women’s empowerment, in line with international best practices.
She also highlighted the company’s dedication to creating a supportive workplace for talented professionals, encouraging women’s participation across all organizational levels, and investing in training, capacity building, and professional skills development.
The Women-Friendly Workplace Seal is a national initiative designed to encourage private sector institutions to adopt policies and practices that promote women’s economic participation and contribute to creating more inclusive and sustainable workplaces, thereby supporting Jordan’s economic and social development.
