Digital Solutions Design participated in the Mentors/Supervisors Training Workshop organized by Partners for Better Organization, as part of the activities of the Integrated Development Project for Youth and Women Skills.
The company was represented in the workshop by Mr. Ibrahim Sweidan, Head of the Creative Department at Digital Solutions Design.The workshop delivered specialized and comprehensive training targeting representatives of private sector companies, with the aim of strengthening their role in developing and empowering youth and women in the labor market.
The workshop included a range of practical topics designed to enhance the skills of participating mentors and supervisors, enabling them to provide effective support to project beneficiaries, while also promoting the exchange of experiences among private sector representatives.
Digital Solutions Design management confirmed that their participation in this workshop reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting national initiatives that contribute to developing youth and women’s skills, improving local work environments, and strengthening cooperation between the private sector and civil society to maximize developmental impact.
The Integrated Development Project for Youth and Women Skills is considered one of the leading initiatives aimed at building the capacities of targeted groups and preparing them for better integration into the labor market, in light of the rapid challenges of today’s world and the evolving requirements of the modern economy.
It is worth noting that Digital Solutions Design’s participation in this event comes as part of the agreement signed between the company and Partners for Better Organization to host trainees and provide them with theoretical and practical experience in the field of digital media.
