Digital Solutions participated in a training session organized in collaboration with UN Women in Jordan and Education For Employment Jordan, titled “Creating Supportive Work Environments for Women in the Private Sector.” The session witnessed broad participation from professionals working in companies across various sectors.

The training session, held on February 8–9, 2026, was attended by Ms. Abeer Abu Touq, Director of Digital Solutions, reflecting the company’s commitment to active participation in sessions and initiatives that support women’s work and enhance their presence in safe and decent work environments.

Over the two-day session, discussions focused on women’s employment and joint efforts among all relevant stakeholders to ensure their effective participation in the Jordanian labor market in line with applicable legislation and laws.

The session also highlighted the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), presented by Ms. Laila Al Qassem from UN Women in Jordan.She reviewed the historical development of the principles, linked them to global standards, and emphasized the importance of private sector companies adopting and implementing the Women’s Empowerment Principles in the Jordanian labor market. Ms. Al Qassem also shared success stories, partnerships, and opportunities for cooperation between the private sector and national and international empowerment programs to support sustainable employment for women.

Ms. Abeer Abu Touq emphasized the significance of the training session, the valuable insights it offered, and the success stories presented, affirming the company’s commitment to applying best practices that ensure meaningful and high-quality participation of women in the labor market.
