Digital Solutions Company signed an agreement with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship as part of the “Your Tech Story” initiative, which is dedicated to employing females in Amman and other governorates.
Under this agreement, trainees Razan Al-Khatib and Zubaida Amour joined the company’s team. They will be provided with the necessary training within the company’s tasks and the services it offers in the field of digital media, and the company will commit to employing them in tasks that align with their university specializations.
In addition to digital skills, the management of Digital Solutions Company will ensure the trainees are equipped with knowledge and experience in life skills and self-development.
The “Your Tech Story” initiative aims to employ graduates of the telecommunications and information technology sector in the private sector after they meet the criteria for selecting beneficiaries from the initiative, in terms of employing university degree holders from faculties of telecommunications and information technology.
Priority will be given to graduates from the governorates, those with the highest university grades, and if the beneficiary from “Your Tech Story” has not worked in the last three months and has not previously benefited from the ministry’s programs and initiatives, to expand the inclusion scope for graduates wishing to join the private sector labor market.
This partnership reflects our commitment at Digital Solutions Company to attract outstanding human talents, especially fresh graduates who are keen on developing their skills and enhancing their expertise continuously in line with modern technology and techniques.
Additionally, the signing of this agreement comes from the company’s belief in the importance of providing opportunities for distinguished graduates who wish to embark on digital work, fulfilling the ministry’s vision which strives through its distinguished programs to support the digital transformation journey in Jordan.
